Meeting Dr. Kanowitz will be a pleasure for those with less than happy memories of dental care as he specializes in gentle and pain free dental care.
Dr. Lev has studied at The Institute for Advanced Dental studies in Massachusetts and has recieved extensive training at the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
Dr. Lev is a member of the Memorial Dental Study Club, South Broward Dental Society, South Florida District Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and American Dental Association.
He is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. And Dr. Kanowitz is also a member of the Memorial Dental Study Club, the South Broward Dental Society, the South Florida District Dental Society, the Florida Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
He has continued his dental education to bring you the latest in technological advancements with more than five hundred hours of post graduate education.
Dr. Lev graduated from the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry in 1974. He completed a general practice residency in 1975 at the Long Island College Hospital. Dr. Lev was on the attending staff at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and practiced general dentistry in New York for 4 years.

Dr. Lev came to South Florida in 1978, and currently is on staff now at Memorial Regional Hospital and Memorial West Hospital.
